Tangy blueberry sauce-great on ice cream, whipped into yogurt or on top of pancakes/waffles. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups blueberries |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1/4 cup water |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 cinnamon stick |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often. Allow to cool and remove cinnamon stick. |
