This one's a milkshake because it's too thin to be anything else. The almond is strong in this one, and it's pretty tasty! Course I wouldn't post it here if it weren't.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/3 cup blueberries
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
splenda sugar substitute, to taste
Directions:
1. Blend together.
2. Drink.
