This one's a milkshake because it's too thin to be anything else. The almond is strong in this one, and it's pretty tasty! Course I wouldn't post it here if it weren't. Ingredients:
1/4 cup ricotta cheese |
1/3 cup blueberries |
1 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
1. Blend together. 2. Drink. |
