Great way to use up those berries Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries |
1/2 fresh raspberries |
1/2 cup flour |
2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar, firmly packed |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Wash and drain berries; set aside. 2. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut butter in with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Turn blueberries into baking dish and spoon mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. |
