This is a very nutritious, vitamin/antioxidant packed, power breakfast that is surprisingly light and a delicious (and tricky way to get kids to eat their spinach.) Ingredients:
8 ounces light vanilla yogurt (or any flavor) |
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder |
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
1/2 cup spinach (frozen or 1 handful of fresh spinach) |
1 teaspoon sugar substitute |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into tall glass and enjoy! |
