1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 1/2 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice |
2 tablespoons flax meal |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 cup greek yogurt |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Blend berries, juice, flax meal and honey in a blender until smooth. Add yogurt and ice; blend until smooth. |
