Blueberry Pineapple Crunch |

I made up this recipe from the need to use up Frozen Blueberrys that I had bought. We liked it hope you do to. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package white cake mix |
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen blueberries |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix Blueberrys and Crushed Pineapple and Sugar and Lemon Juice together. 2. Mix Cake Mix and Melted Butter together. 3. Add the Blueberry Mix to the bottom of a 9 Square Pan. 4. Sprinkle Cake Mix and Melted Butter over top. 5. Bake at 350 degress for 40-50 minutes or til golden brown. |
