It's suggested substituting the blueberry yogurt with strawberry and the Vanilla Instant Breakfast for Chocolate. Chocolate Covered Strawberry! I found this on Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
8 ounces dannon light and fit blueberry yogurt (1 yogurt)
1 ounce sugar, free vanilla carnation instant breakfast drink (1 packet)
1 cup skim milk
ice cube (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend!
