BLUEBERRY PIE IN THE SKY This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Candela Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
6 ounce can frozen lemonade |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
14 ounce can blueberry pie filling |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed |
2 graham cracker pie crusts |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese and add the sweetened condensed milk. 2. Mix until well blended then add frozen lemonade and vanilla then mix well. 3. Stir in the pie filling then gently fold in the whipped topping and pour into pie shells. 4. Refrigerate until firm then serve garnished with fresh blueberries if desired. |
