                    This pie is perfect for summer afternoons. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                5 c. of fresh blueberries  |  
                                                1 tbsp. of lemon juice  |  
                                                1 (15 oz) package of refrigerated pie crusts  |  
                                                1 c. of sugar  |  
                                                1/3 c. of all-purpose flour  |  
                                                1/8 tsp. of salt  |  
                                                1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon  |  
                                                2 tbsp. of butter or margarine  |  
                                                1 beaten large egg  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. First you wan tto stir berries with lemon juice; set this aside. 2. Next FIT half of pastry in a pieplate according to package directions. 3. Now you can COMBINE 1 c og sugar and next 3 ingredients; add to berries, stir well. 4. Then Pour into pastry shell, and dot with butter. 5. You wan yo UNFOLD the last pastry on a lightly floured surface; roll gently with rolling pin to remove creases in pastry. 6. Now you can place pastry over filling; seal and crimp edges. 7. Then cut slits in top of crust to allow steam to escape. 8. Next rush top of pastry with beaten egg, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar You want to bAKE at 400° approx. 35 minutes or until golden. 9. Now cover edges with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning, if necessary. 10. Serve warm.                              |
