I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ralston years ago. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 cup milk |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 1/2 cups blueberry pecan muesli |
2 tablespoons blueberry jam |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400. 2. Grease muffin cups. 3. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder. 4. Mix oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk with the dry ingredients. 5. Add cereal to the mixture. 6. Pour in muffin cups and spoon 1/4 teaspoon spreadable fruit on top of batter. 7. Pour more batter over the fruit spread. 8. Bake 20-25 minutes. |
