A great way to start your morning! I made this recipe up trying to get rid of some frozen blueberries. Now I have it multiple mornings a week on my way to work Ingredients:
2/3 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
3 ice cubes |
1 peach |
Directions:
1. Throw everything in a blender (use chop ice setting if available) and blend for 5 minutes or so. |
