Blueberry Orange Yogurt Cake

An almost-healthy alternative to banana bread!
Ingredients:
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 orange, zest of
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Coat loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Whisk together dry ingredients.
4. Cream butter until light.
5. Beat in sugars.
6. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating until light.
7. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, alternating with yogurt in three additions.
8. Stir in blueberries and zest.
9. Pour into prepared pan and bake one hour, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
