Saw this recipe made on Rebecca's Garden and it looked good (and of course easy). I haven't made it yet but will try it soon. Most any fruit can be substituted so start experimenting. This is great on toast, bagels, waffles or any plain pastry. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, softened |
1/8 cup powdered sugar |
1/3 cup blueberries or 1/3 cup raspberries or 1/3 cup your choice fruit |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. 2. Process until smooth and fluffy. |
