Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 -1 1/4 cup icing sugar |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1 inch cubes |
2 (21 ounce) cans blueberry pie filling or 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped cream and cake cubes. 2. Spread evenly into a 13x9 ungreased pan; top with pie filling. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares. |
