This is the yummiest bread!!! :) Very quick and easy. Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup granulated sugar |
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup milk |
2 large eggs |
Directions:
1. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3. Combine blueberries, flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl. 4. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and eggs. 5. Pour the yogurt mixture into dry ingredients and stir until blended. 6. Spoon into pan. 7. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
