This is delicious and full of super foods! Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup dry rolled oats |
1 cup soy slender vanilla soymilk |
24 g designer whey french vanilla protein powder |
1 tbsp spectrum organic enriched flaxseed oil |
Directions:
1. Add blueberries, oats, protein powder, oil and soymilk to a blender. Blend. Pour. Enjoy. |
