Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 large egg ; slightly beaten |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup oil |
1 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Put cupcake cups into muffin pan. 3. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in large bowl. 4. Add the egg, milk, and oil, stirring only enough to dampen the flour; the batter should not be smooth. 5. Stir in blueberries last. 6. Spoon into the muffin pan, filling each cup about two-thirds full. 7. Bake for 25 minutes. |
