Truly easy, beautiful and I think just wonderful. Fresh blueberries, cream and mascarpone cheese make this so creamy, fluffy and delightful. Hope you try this! Ingredients:
1 pint fresh clean blueberries |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 cup mascarpone cheese |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Place blueberries then cream, vanilla and mascarpone cheese in a high speed blender 2. Pulse till thick ( only a few seconds ) 3. Serve immediately or chill ( mixture with thicken with standing ) but this is best when freshly made. 4. Note: Don't over pulse as the cream may get too firm an actually become clumpy |
