I always make this for breakfast, is REALLY healthy for you and is really good!!! Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) |
2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and blend together until creamy. 2. pour into cups and enjoy! |
