Brain food for brainstorming. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chia seeds |
1 (6 ounce) container vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup mango juice |
1/4 cup fresh blueberries |
1/4 cup fresh mango chunks |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Grind chia seeds in a food processor until pulverized; add yogurt, mango juice, blueberries, mango, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. |
