A great yogurt based smoothie! Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or regular milk) |
1 1/4 cups reduced-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 cup frozen mango chunks |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. |
