This is so light, fluffly and moist. The combination of lemon and blueberries is unbeatable. Enjoy Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 lemon cake mix |
1 cup sour cream |
4 large eggs |
Directions:
1. Grease and flour Bundt pan. 2. Sprinkle flour over blueberries. 3. Combine dry cake mix and sour cream. 4. Add eggs one at a time beating at low speed. 5. Beat at medium speed until smooth. 6. Fold in blueberries. 7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 8. Cool on rack for 15 minutes. 9. Remove from pan. |
