Blueberry Hill Percolator Punch |

This is the perfect beverage for a sledding party, a winter weekend get-together or a holiday party. No designated drivers will be needed! Ingredients:
9 cups cranberry juice |
9 cups pineapple juice |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 sticks cinnamon |
1 tablespoon whole cloves |
4 1/2 cups water, more if necessary |
Directions:
1. Dissolve the brown sugar and salt in the mixed cranberry and pineapple juices. Pour into a 30 cup capacity electric coffee percolator. Add enough water to reach the 30-cup level. 2. Place the cinnamon and cloves in the basket. Put the lid on the percolator. Set on a tray to catch any drips, while serving. 3. Perk through the complete cycle, remove the basket and spices. Percolating time will vary with different percolator brands. |
