Scoop out a cantelope, place this dip inside and surround with your favorite fruits. Voila!! Ingredients:
1/3 cup blueberry preserves |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 tablespoon milk |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Blend blueberry preserves into softened cream cheese. 2. Add milk,lemon peel, and lemon juice. 3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. 4. Fold into cream cheese mixture. 5. I have a note to myself to double this recipe. |
