1 1/2 cups plain yogurt |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
1 teaspoon kirsch |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend the yogurt, sugar, and blueberries together. 2. Press the mixture through a strainer to remove the seeds. 3. Stir in the kirsch and lemon juice; chill for 1 hour. 4. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions. |
