I contemplated calling this Blueberry Muffin Smoothie because the taste reminded me of blueberry muffins. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 ripe banana |
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 teaspoons turbinado sugar (natural sugar) |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into the blender - I usually break up the banana into chunks. 2. Pulse and blend until smooth. 3. Enjoy! |
