This is a very tasty and fruity cake that is so easy to make. I keep the ingredients on hand in case I need something quick. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 can blueberry pie filling |
2 eggs |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup pecans |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
3 tablespoons powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with electric or hand beater. 2. Add all other ingredients except pie filling then stir until well blended. 3. Add pie filling and stir carefully then pour into well greased rectangular baking pan. 4. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. 5. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. |
