a cookie/tart recipe Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour |
1 cup melted butter |
1 cup chopped pecans |
115 oz can blueberry pie filling |
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese |
1 lg container of cool-whip |
3 cups xxx sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, melted butter and chopped nuts. 2. Spread into a 9x12 in baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. 3. Let cool. 4. Meanwhile, mix together cream cheese, Cool-Whip and xxx sugar. 5. Spread onto crust. 6. Spread the blueberry pie filling on top. 7. Chill well before serving. |
