Another one of those quick and easy summer time desserts, cool and refreshing. Enjoy. You can actually play with this one and use different fruit flavor pie fillings. Like Cherry and be sure to add Almond flavoring to your pie filling. Ingredients:

1 c. flour |
1/4 c. brown sugar |
3/4 c. chopped nuts |
1 stick butter softened |
filling |
1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened |
3/4 c. sugar |
1 t. vanilla |
1/2 pt. whipping cream |

blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Crust: 2. Cream butter then mix in other ingredients. 3. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325. Cool completely. 4. Filling: 5. Using mixer cream together cream cheese and sugar, gradually adding the sugar; add vanilla. 6. Whip whipping cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread onto cooled crust, 7. Topping: 8.
