A fantastic dessert everyone will enjoy, of that I'm certain!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine |
28 -30 large marshmallows |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
2 -3 cups fresh blueberries |
Directions:
1. BASE: Mix together graham crumbs, sugar and butter. Press 3/4 of the mixture into 8-inch square pan. Bake 8-10 minutes in 350F oven. 2. FILLING: Stir marshmallows and milk in double boiler until melted. Cool. 3. Whip 1 1/2 cups whipping cream. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Fold in blueberries. 4. Fold over crust. 5. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate several hours overnight. 6. This dessert freezes well. . |
