This is a delicious dessert my grandmother always makes. It's a gorgeous color, and always gets rave reviews. Ingredients:
3 cups blueberries |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
3/4 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Pour pineapple in a 9x13 pan, then blueberries. Sprinkle blueberries w/ half of the sugar. Next, pour cake mix. Pour melted butter over mix. Sprinkled w/ pecans, then the rest of the sugar. 2. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut slits to let juices run over the top. Bake another 15 minutes. Total baking time 1 hours. |
