This is a super easy weeknight dessert Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans blueberry pie filling |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup flour |
4 tablespoons diced pecans |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
6 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. spread pie filling in a casserole dish or cast iron skillet. 2. mix oats, sugar, pecans and flour. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. 3. Sprinkle crumbs over pie filling. 4. bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes. |
