Ingredients:
9 inch pie crust |
6 ounce(s) cream cheese softened |
3/8 cup(s) sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup(s) blueberries |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup(s) butter diced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350〫 2. Combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Mix thoroughly and pour into shell. Drop blueberries in shell. 3. In medium sized bowl, mix together the brown sugar and flour. Mix in the butter with a fork or stand mixer just until the top is crumbly. Top the pie with crumbs. 4. Bake the pie for 20 minutes. 5. Let chill in freezer for about 5 minutes. 6. Take out and eat! :) |
