I don't remember where I got this, but it was submitted by Gladys Burnell. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 large cups blueberries |
sugar, to taste |
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 lb butter, softened |
Directions:
1. Cook down blueberries with sugar-let cool. 2. Blend all together with mixer. 3. Put in jars or containers refrigerate. |
