Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) apple juice |
1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 cup(s) fresh blueberries |
1/8 teaspoon(s) ginger |
1/2 teaspoon(s) grated lemon rind |
4 teaspoon(s) honey |
1 tablespoon(s) water |
Directions:
1. Rinse blueberries in a colander and set aside to drain. Combine honey, apple juice, water, cinnamon and ginger in small saucepan. Simmer for 1 minute to dissolve honey. Add blueberries and lemon rind. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until berries are pulpy. |
