Great light fluffy coffee cake. Always a crowd pleaser Ingredients:

1 c. crisco |
1 1/2 c. sugar |
3 eggs |
1/2 c. sour cream |
1 tsp. vanilla |
2 c. flour |
2 tsp. baking powder |
1/4 tsp. salt |
2 c. blueberries |
streusel |
3/4 c. sugar |
3/4 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 c. flour |
6 tbsp. butter |
Directions:
1. Coffee Cake: 2. Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs, sour cream & vanilla. 3. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. 4. Fold in blueberries 5. Grease 9x13 baking dish 6. Streusel: Mix & sprinkle on top of coffee cake. 7. Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven or until toothpick in center comes out clean. |
