The easiest, best, simplest blueberry cake I know! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
2 1/2 cups blueberries |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam, set aside. 3. Cream butter and sugar. 4. Beat in eggs. 5. Add milk. 6. Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and add to egg mixture. 7. Add flour, baking powder salt and vanilla. 8. Mix well. 9. Carefully stir in remaining blueberries, pour batter into pan, sprinkle with a bit of sugar. 10. Bake for 30 minutes, or until firm;. |
