Ingredients:
2 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) sugar |
3 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/3 cup(s) softened margarine |
1 cup(s) milk |
1 egg |
1 cup(s) blueberries |
streusel topping |
1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts |
1/3 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/4 cup(s) flour |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
3 teaspoon(s) margarine |
glaze |
1 cup(s) confectioners' sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat all ingredients, except blueberries in a large bowl on a low speed for 30 seconds, then beat on a medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. 3. Grease a 13-by-9-by-9-inch pan. Spread half the batter in the pan. Sprinkle the blueberries over batter, then top with the rest of the batter. Add streusel topping, then bake in oven for 40 minutes. 4. For the streusel topping: Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake. 5. For the glaze: Combine ingredients and drizzle over top of the cake. |
