Simple. Good. Blueberry cobbler. Need I say more? You can replace blueberries with any fruit really. Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup skim milk |
2 cups blueberries |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Add milk and whisk. 3. Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. 4. Pour in batter and sprinkle blueberries on top. 5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. |
