Blueberry Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached flour
1/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg
1 cup milk
6 tablespoons butter, melted then cooled
1 cup blueberries
unbleached flour (to coat blueberries)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine dry.

11. 1/2 cup dark brown sugar.
12. 1/2 cup flour.
13. 1/4 cup butter softened.
14. 1 teaspoons lemon zest.
15. 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
16. Combine ingredients in a bowl until mixed.
