A no-cook recipe! Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 1/3 cups sour cream |
2/3 cup heavy cream |
blueberries (fresh, frozen, or canned) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except blueberries in large bowl. Put small amount of blueberries in bottom of fancy glass or goblet. 2. Put dollop of cheesecake mixture on top and then add more blueberries. 3. Alternate until glass is full. Chill and serve. |
