I've never met anyone who didn't just LOVE this ice cream. Ingredients:
1can of blueberry pie filling |
2 pre-made graham cracker crusts |
ice cream |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix |
1 quart heavy whipping cream |
2 cups milk |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Bake pie crusts at 375 for 5 min 3. Crumble up and set aside 4. In a large bowl, whisk the ice cream ingredients. 5. Add to ice cream freezer accourding to mfg. instruction. 6. Add crumbled crust and pie filling in the last 2 or 3 minute of mixing time. 7. Freeze. |
