Ingredients:
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk |
6 tablespoons egg substitute |
1/2 cup sugar |
8 ounces fat free cream cheese |
3 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. heat milk, sugar, and eggs in a double boiler until mixture coats spoonback. 2. cool 20 minute. 3. beat in cream cheese. 4. cool. 5. stir in blueberries. 6. freeze in ice cream maker. |
