Blueberry Cheesecake Bars |

These bars are so delicious. I took them to work for a breakfast treat and everyone loved them. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. Heat over to 350. 2. Grease 13x9 baking pan. 3. Reserve 1/2 cup cake mix. 4. Combine remaining mix, crumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter. 5. Press into bottom and slightly up sides of pan. 6. Beat cream cheese, sugar, 2 eggs in bowl until smooth. 7. Spread on crust. 8. Dollop with filling. 9. Sprinkle reserved cake mix and almonds on top of blueberry filling; drizzle with remaining butter. 10. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minute. 11. Cool and then refrigerate. 12. Cut into 24 bars and serve. |
