Haven't made this yet, but can't wait to try it!! Found in Aunt Bee's Delightful Desserts cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1/3 cup soft butter |
1 egg |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup sugar |
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 cups sour cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Mix crumb ingredients until crumbly. Press into a 9x13 pan. 2. Beat the filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crumb mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. 3. For topping, mix the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over filling, let cool. Spread blueberry pie filling on top. Refrigerate overnight. |
