Ingredients:
2 cup(s) granulated sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
2 eggs |
3 cup(s) flour |
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1 1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 pinch(s) salt |
2 cup(s) blueberries |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1 cup(s) confectioners sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and butter, add egg, mix well. Combine baking powder, flour and salt. Add flour and milk alternately to butter mixture. 2. Dredge washed and drained blueberries in 4 tsp. flour and fold into batter. 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. 4. Mix together all the ingredients of the hard sauce, top warm cake with sauce. Sprinkle top with nutmeg if desired. |
