This cake is good! Not too sweet, just right! I got this recipe from our local newspaper. The number of servings listed is just a guess. Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 1/2 cups blueberries |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Mix first four ingredients in medium-sized bowl. 2. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Grease a 9-inch bundt pan. 3. Add blueberries to batter and blend by hand. Pour batter into pan and bake 50 minutes. |
