These are soo good you will wonder why you waited to try them. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup fat-free buttermilk |
2 egg whites |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup blueberries |
1 lemon, zest of |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients together. 2. In a small bowl add buttermilk, egg whites & vanilla. 3. Mix these two together. 4. add blueberries & zest. Bake at 400 for 15 min. |
