This recipe came from a booklet my aunt received at a blueberry festival. This is very good served on toast or even pound cake. Ingredients:
10 ounces fresh blueberries |
1 cup unsalted butter |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Wash the berries and let them dry on a paper towel. 2. Allow the butter to come to room temperature so it will soften. 3. Slightly mash the berries. 4. Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate. |
