Delicious crumb topping cake loaded with blueberries Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup butter |
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk |
2 cup fresh blueberries |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. The first 8 ingredients are the cake, the last 4 are the topping. 2. In large bowl mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, 1/4 cup butter, egg, milk and blueberries. 3. Pour into greased 9x9. 4. For topping mix 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, cinnamon and 1/4 cup softened butter with fork until crumbly. 5. Sprinkle topping over cake mix evenly. 6. Bake in oven for 45 minutes and enjoy. |
